Encouraging the Jews of faith in diaspora to return to Israel
Israel has been regathered for almost 60 years more than a generation and a half, and yet the majority of Jews are still in diaspora. For two thousand years, Jews from every corner of the world have been praying for the restoration of their homeland. Long before America was ever discovered, we had our eyes on the Promised Land.
Know for a fact, that we must start living as if G-d is here today and not as if He will be here sometime in the future.
The Covenants of G-d command us to hear and obey today.
We must not merely stand at Mt. Sinai below, but we must sanctify through the covenants and commandments that The Lord has given us and climb Mt. Sinai entering the Presence of G-d.
The Lord created you to be a light to the nations and you cannot do that from down below. At the top of this mountain there are eternal rewards – true success.
We must cross the Jordan and enter the land as Joshua did with a faithful remnant to celebrate the Passover, to circumcise our hearts and to see The Captain of The Lord of Hosts.
We cannot continue living outside the Presence of G-d thousands of miles away in a culture that teaches replacement theology- blind leading blind.
Who told us to take our eyes off of G-d’s commandments and the Land we love? The
same one who told Eve to disobey G-d. You must enter The Presence of G-d in
order to walk in the Lord's timing.
The key is covenant relationship with direct application.
Frontline Israel has been working together on a project with the refugees of Gush Katif and a large group of forced converts from Spain and Portugal (Iberia) the Sephardic Anousim– Spanish Jews in Texas,
New Mexico and Mexico that are longing to come home to Israel.
We see the Lord’s hand moving upon the hearts of these Sephardim whose ancestors were expelled from Spain 500 years ago and who desire to return to the covenants of G-d in the land of G-d. We’re now matching Sephardic Jewish families from America and Mexico with refugee families living in Israel to support each other and to begin to build together here in Israel. The Jewish refugees from Gush Katif have been allotted a portion of land in the Negev where they have begun planning the building of new communities. They have welcomed the Sephardic Anousim to their land and encourage them to live amongst them.
During the months of March and April 2006, Joel traveled extensively throughout Texas and New Mexico sharing the good news that it’s time for the Sephardim to return home and to again build Zion.
The opportunities are endless and the lands are absolutely beautiful. The ground is rich fertile soil for farming and the hills and the views are breathtaking. We are working with the leaders of Gush Katif who are working together with the Sochnut (the one in charge of Aliyah) to help bring these Sephardim back to the land of their forefathers together with their true brothers and sisters already here in the land.
